Itinerary
Day 1 (Sunday) - Arrive in Chicago
Arrive in the Windy City of Chicago to begin your trip.
Day 2 (Monday) - Explore downtown Chicago and Field Museum
Wander and explore the city of Chicago today. Start your day at the Field Museum. See the world-famous Sue, the T-Rex fossil, and learn about ancient Egypt and other exhibits. Later, make your way down the Magnificent Mile and take in the iconic city landmarks and shopping. Explore downtown and take in nearby views of Lake Michigan while enjoying some of the city's finest cuisine (Italian beef sandwiches at Portillo's or deep dish pizza at one of many local options).
Day 3 (Tuesday) - Architecture and The Bean
Today you'll enjoy two of the things that make Chicago famous. Start the day off with a Chicago Architecture Tour. Take a cruise down the Chicago River as a guide points out the various types of architecture and explores the history of Chicago. Later, head to Millennium Park and take your photos in front of the famous Bean sculpture (officially the Cloud Gate).
Day 4 (Wednesday) - Free Day
Today is your free day with plenty of options to choose from. Take in history and culture at one of the city's museums. Enjoy a stroll through nature at Lincoln Park (and the Lincoln Park Zoo). Test your resolve at the Tilt experience, leaning over the city from high above it on a glass-floor observation deck at 360 Chicago. End your day with a comedy show at the Second City.
Day 5 (Thursday) - Art Experience
End the trip with an artistic experience. Visit the Art Institute of Chicago and take in the many world-renowned works from artists such as El Greco and Picasso.
Day 6 (Friday) - Depart Chicago
Fly home from Chicago and arrive home the same day. Savor lasting memories of your Chicago trip.
